what is tasso?
tasso is a style of ham we cure and smoke in house, and have evolved into something our own - a very tasty and succulent ham not produced anywhere else. we’re all about providing you with something delicious, wholesome, and special in a very casual setting, and we do this by using high quality ingredients, experience, and care in everything we produce.
