Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls

- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Organizing and maintaining files and records

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience as a secretary or administrative assistant is not necessary!
