Front Desk Associate
Redlan’s Gentlemen’s Grooming is an award-winning barbershop in Eagle, Idaho, known for high standards, strong culture, and an exceptional guest experience. We are looking for a Guest Relations Coordinator who understands that the front desk sets the tone for everything that happens in the shop.
This role is not a passive receptionist position. It requires presence, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once while staying calm, kind, and organized.
What This Role Is Responsible For
- Greeting every guest with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
- Managing phones, online bookings, walk-ins, and schedule adjustments
- Supporting barbers by keeping the day running smoothly and on time
- Handling check-in, check-out, payments, and retail transactions
- Educating guests on services, memberships, and retail products
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Communicating clearly with the team throughout the day
- Handling guest concerns with maturity and problem-solving skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without losing focus
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Confidence with computers, booking systems, and point-of-sale software
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-facing roles
