Ioannis Gratsinopoulos
Ioannis has over 10,000 hours (over 20 years) of consulting, training, and coaching experience within both the non-profit and business worlds. He's a regular “subject matter expert” guest on podcasts focused on ministry, leadership, business, and communications. He spent over a decade traveling as a preacher and keynote public speaker.
Ioannis has successfully led/co-led multiple nonprofits and businesses, including non-profits and businesses that he started, and that he currently owns. His leadership roles have spanned from start-ups and churches to Fortune 200-based organizations, and include the titles of President, Owner, Senior Pastor, Regional Sales Coordinator, Director of Operations, State Training Coordinator, and Performance Coach.
Ioannis has personally closed over a ½ million dollars of business in a single year, including closing one of the largest deals of its type that his company had ever had. He has won multiple performance awards with-in multiple roles.
Ioannis utilizes all this experience and success to now bring transformation and growth to churches and small businesses through coaching and consulting.
Ioannis is an ordained pastor who holds a degree in church leadership with a minor in psychology. He is married with one child and lives in Meridian. He spends most of his free time with his family and loves to be outdoors as much as he can.

Scott Aughtmon
Scott is a marketing and business consultant, content marketer, author, teacher, and speaker. He began consulting businesses in 2008 and has helped small and midsize business owners improve their marketing, better position their business in the marketplace, and uncover hidden income streams.
He's the author of two ebooks. In How Your Business Can Survive and Prosper in a Recession, he interviewed 38 top business, marketing, and sales experts and got them to reveal their methods to help business owners survive and even prosper in a recession.
Scott is also the author of the book 51 Content Marketing Hacks, which was nominated for Smallbiztrends.com's 2016 "Small Business Book Awards." He’s the founder of BayBusinessHelp.com, a website created to help Bay Area business owners and taught marketing at UC Berkeley Extension. Currently, he's the senior manager of content for a large, local tech company and has lived in the Treasure Valley since 2019.
