With eight dazzling performances scheduled, this reimagined Biblical story will grace the stage at the Nampa Civic Center from March 27-29 and April 3-5, 2025. Evening shows run Thursday through Saturday at 7:30 PM, with additional 1:30 PM matinee performances each Saturday. Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s iconic musical brings to life the Biblical tale of Joseph, his father Jacob, eleven jealous brothers, and the fabled coat of many colors. Told entirely through song and guided by the Narrator, the show’s captivating score traverses a variety of musical genres—from country to calypso, pop to rock ‘n’ roll. Follow the journey of Joseph, the favorite son, whose prophetic dreams set him apart from his siblings. Sold into slavery by his jealous brothers, Joseph finds himself in the household of the Egyptian noble Potiphar. A turn of events lands him in jail, where he discovers his extraordinary ability to interpret dreams. His newfound skill catches the attention of Pharaoh, whose Elvis-inspired persona adds a humorous twist to the story. With Joseph’s guidance, Egypt is saved from famine, leading to his ultimate reunion with his family.
