With Spring coming right around the corner, it is the perfect time to start scouting all of your outings for the season. One thing on everyone's list is a great meal! We are always amazed by the culinary diversity in the Treasure Valley, and our Members are no exception to that. Here are some of our favorite bites in the Valley. If you're in the mood for something quick... 
    Idaho Pizza Company
        The pizza never disappoints at IPC. They are a locally owned and operated franchise and pride themselves in supporting our local economy. They provide over 300 jobs to local families around the Treasure Valley and also support our local farmers. Did you know that their flour and cheese are both made in Idaho and those two items alone account for approximately 32 percent of their food products?
    Tasso
        They're all about providing you with something delicious, wholesome, and special in a very casual setting, and do this by using high quality ingredients, experience, and care in everything we produce. Great quality and fast...what more could you want during a beautiful day out?
    Cafe Yumm!
        Cafe Yumm! derived its menu from the ancient food tradition of combining rice and beans. They developed a menu that balances elemental ingredients with a light-hearted sense of fun. If you're look for healthy on the go, this is your one stop shop!
    Porterhouse Prime Meat Market Deli Catering
        Looking for fresh local ingredients? Porterhouse is the place to go. Whether it’s the all-natural meats raised here in the Northwest, or the local herbs, tomatoes and eggs grown by small family producers. You’ll find a great selection of side dishes, desserts. come stop by and grab lunch on your way to the river or McCall! Yummy always travels well.

Fine dining? These are must sees!
   1st Miracle
        This amazing location is launching their restaurant on March 24th! It's sure to be a beautiful location for a date night with tasty bites. We can't wait to taste their menu and hope to see you there soon.
    Bardenay
        This is a popular choice for lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, or just a drink on the patio. With food that’s unique to Idaho and handcrafted cocktails that are unique to Bardenay, it’s an experience worth coming back for!
    CACis Wood-Fired Sicilian Grill 
        CACi features a volcanic explosion of flavors from the cross-cultural Mediterranean influences unique to Sicily. Their entrees are complemented by a broad selection of Italian wines and craft cocktails to meet every palate's tastes. Come enjoy happy hour from 3 to 6, gather with friends over shared plates, pizzas, and cocktails, or join them for a well portioned lunch or dinner entrée!
    Coynes
        Coyne’s service and atmosphere are built upon a foundation of their family’s love of enjoying great food and interesting conversation. Coyne’s is more than a restaurant—it’s an emblem of a lifetime love of food, good company, and meaningful connections. From steak, to cocktails they're sure to not disappoint!
    Rembrandt's
        Rembrant's is sure to satisfy no matter the time of day. They have dinner on Wednesday through Saturday from 3 pm until close, in addition to their breakfast and lunch options daily from 7 to 3. They have also added full bar service with a brand new hand crafted bar, and expanded their wine offerings.
    Tavern at Eagle Island
        At the Tavern at Eagle Island is a unique dining experience with USDA prime grade steaks, daily seafood specials, burgers, sandwiches, salads and so much more! Everyone will find something delicious here.

   JoVinos Coffee & Wine Bar
        JoVino's has cultivated a space for any time of day. From the morning rush to work to a relaxing evening with friends and loved ones, they have both grab-n-go items as well as deliciously crafted small plates and shareables.
    Holland's Bites and Brews
        This adorable coffee pop-up is taking local to the next level. At Holland's Bites & Brews, their goal is to provide fresh, local ingredients, superior customer service and quality products. Shauna, the owner, does that and more. Check out her calendar of events and grab a tasty cup of joe!
    Sweet Leesa's Chocolates
        This one is not technically food, but who hasn't had chocolate as a meal at least once?! Lessa's life-long candy maker since 1969. She and her son are sharing sweets made from her mother's techniques that she mastered! Our favorite piece is that she only works with the finest ingredients. Savor some sweets today!
    Rolling Hills Vineyard
        I'm breaking the rules on this one a bit as it's not exactly food but it's to good not to shared! Join them at their tasting room for great food, great music, great people and, of course, great wine!
    Dutch Bros
        Most everyone knows this location already, but its a great place to cool down during the summer with, or heat up during this cold long winter! Grab one of their classics with a muffin or something tasty and new, either way you're gonna be greeted with a smile! 

No matter how you slice it (pizza pun fully intended), Eagle is full of tasty cuisine. Try one of our favorite spots today, and let them know that the Eagle Chamber sent ya!
