This month's Ambassador spotlight is about Donna Nightengale Sombke!

Introducing the one and only Donna Nightengale Sombke, the vivacious tornado of energy! With a sparkle in her eyes and a contagious laughter, Donna knows how to light up any room she walks into. When she's not busy conquering the world with her magnetic charm, you can find her embracing the joys of her personal life. She's loves to play Golf, Pickleball, and Tennis! A woman of many talents. You'll often spot her exploring the great outdoors, and enjoying the breathtaking beauty of Eagle's scenic landscapes. With Donna, every moment is an adventure filled with laughter, love, and a whole lot of fun! When the sun is high in the sky, you'll find Donna Nightengale Sombke rocking her role as an expert licensed real estate guru, making dreams come true in the wild world of property. With a knack for New Home Sales, Residential Homes, and Relocation, she's like a real estate ninja, armed with knowledge and ready to slay any moving-related question you throw her way!

What's you're favorite restaurant/type of food?

What is the reason you continue to be a Chamber member? 
    The Chamber Member People, the Events, and the Community.
 
What is the #1 reason to do business with you and your organization? 
    With almost 32 years in the real estate business, and living in this community, I know and appreciate everything Eagle and the surrounding areas have to offer. Identifying what my clients needs, wants and the social environment they want to live in make all the difference.  Do they have a young family, established family or are they empty nesters?  I will find a community that they can identify with and be comfortable in for years to come.
  
What’s your favorite piece of advice?
    Success without fulfillment is the ultimate Failure. What is Success...Progress.  

What is the most important trend in your business or industry?
    The ability to do everything on your phone, enter homes, find homes, background checks in a snap, email docs and get them signed and turned in for an offer, get a loan approved, pay a bill, and the ability to find anything electronically that is connected to your phone when lost (which I will or will not deny I have used a few times)!

What do you enjoy most about your organization? 
    The ability to have an open door policy, the freedom to explore outside of the Treasure Valley (Garden Valley, Tamarack, and McCall). Along with the ability to work with anyone with all different ideas and the ability to pay attention to clients wants and needs.
