Under her leadership\, Icon was ranked 7th from 5\,400 credit unions as one of the healthiest credit unions in the country and received numerous Best Places to Work awards.\n\n \n\nConnie is an author and enjoys sharing her insight on building a strong culture and executive leadership through her book\, "Don't Sabotage Your Career". \n\n \n\nConnie was honored as one of Idaho's CEO of Influence\, Woman of the Year\, and Excellence in Finance for her leadership\, integrity\, vision\, diversity\, and influence. She was also awarded the Meridian Chamber of Commerce's Business Leader of the Year in 2021 and was honored with the Thanks Badge II\, the highest award in Girl Scouting. \n\n \n\nConnie provides expertise today as a speaker and executive coach for organizations in building accountable teams\, leadership skills\, strategic thinking\, and board development. She has served on more than 20 boards and board committees in her career and provides expertise to help executives and boards build strong teams and organizations. She is a facilitator\, public speaker\, author\, and trainer. Connie's board service includes board positions for the Federal Reserve Bank Community Council\, St. Alphonsus Finance Committee\, Junior Achievement\, Girl Scouts\, College of Western Idaho Foundation\, and the Arid Club. Her passion includes building trust and accountability in teams\, strong cultures and joy in the workplace\, financially healthy organizations\, and thriving businesses.
