FARE stands for Food\, Agriculture\, Restaurants & Establishments (Beverage). We unite our Idaho food and beverage communities to ensure that independents get a seat at the table with an opportunity to collectively impact positive change within their industry. Here is a link to our FARE Idaho website for reference.\n\n \n\nThe goal of the Historic Liquor License bill is to update language in Idaho Title 23 to include new non-transferrable specialty licenses available to all quota license owners who have met clear defined qualifications after a designated period of time.  The NEW specialty license would be called a "Historical License".
