Besides being holistic practitioners\, nutritionists and chiropractors\, we're also married with two beautiful young daughters. We're both passionate about supporting you in becoming balanced with simple changes and new habits that involve a personalized approach. Our mission is to empower women (and couples like ourselves) to feel and live the best way possible through genetic and metabolic testing\, emotional healing\, mood-enhancing techniques\, nourishing foods\, cleansing and self-care rituals. (Soft Tissue Orthopedics)\, Cold Laser Therapy\, Graston (Certified) and Prenatal and Postpartum care.
